Guidelines for Best Poster Presentation
Eligibility for participation:
- HCDS Registration Is Mandatory
- All Doctors Are Eligible
Authorship of Research: Should be the first or corresponding author.
Document requirement: IEC Approval from authorised Institute/Committee with certificate is mandatory.
Poster Specifications:
- Size: 4 ft × 3 ft – Digital
- Font must be legible from 1.5 metres
Presence during judging is mandatory.

Eligibility:
- HCDS Registration Is Mandatory
- All Doctors Are Eligible
Guidelines:
- Research must be Original and unpublished
- Have the participant as the sole, first, or corresponding author.
- Have Ethical clearance from the Institutional Ethics Committee, and the concerned document to be uploaded in the Google form
- Participants should submit the full paper for scrutiny before the last date.
Final Presentation:
- Top 3 screened papers will be selected to be presented at the conference.
Time: 5 minutes presentation + 2 Minutes for Judges to question the participants + 1 Minute for audience participation and questions
